About

It's been 33 years since I moved to Parker to escape the rapid development and congestion of Plano.  My husband and I made a wise decision!  I love living in a small community with large lot sizes.

At the time we relocated here, like many young people, my focus was on career and family which left little time for much else.  I did attend council meetings and special hearings, particularly when zoning changes threatened our uniquely country lifestyle.  As years past, I became more involved in the city, serving on various committees along with regular attendance at council meetings.

Over the last decade, I became politically active and involved at all levels of government:  from Parker, to Collin County, to our State and Federal level.  Today, as in the past, I attend meetings with our elected representatives, work on and volunteer for conservative issues/campaigns, and support and encourage citizen participation.

I am your Republican Precinct Chair for Precinct 60 in Parker (if you live north of Parker Road).  For many years prior to being elected to our City Council, I served as your Election Judge or Election Official here in Parker on Election Day.

I have the interest, ability and skill set necessary to be an asset to, and voice of the residents.  I prepare for each meeting by researching the issues that faces our city.  I am a creative thinker and apply my abilities to meet the challenges ahead.

If re-elected, I will continue to serve to the best of my abilities and encourage two-way communication so I can continue to be YOUR voice...and the voice of Parker residents.
